Booking Validity & Automatic Cancellation :

Please note that in the absence of an advance payment, the booking would be treated as Tentative Booking by The Hotel Sliver inn Srinagar , Kashmir. However, if all the available rooms of the category chosen by you, on your chosen dates are sold out, The bookings would be automatically cancelled. To avoid disappointment,kindly complete the Reservation of your Booking by making advance payment to guarantee the reservation. If payment has been made, please ignore.

Terms & conditions :

• The Government taxes and levies are applicable from time to time shall be charged extra.
• The room tariffs are subject to change without prior notice.
• The Rooms will be retained for the guests as per reservation till 18:00 hrs or 6 hrs from the hotel check in time, whichever is earlier, after which the no show clause will be applied
• All guests will have to show the Photo Identity Proof & submit visiting card at the time of checking in.

Cancellation Policy (Individual Bookings up to 5 rooms) :

• Any cancellation between 0-15 Days of check in – 100% of the booking amount will be charged as retention.
• Any cancellation before 15-21 Days of check in – 50% of the booking amount will be charged as retention.

Group Bookings (5 and more Rooms) :

• No Show: 100% Charges
• 15-21 Days prior to arrival: 50% of the total bill amount
• 21-45 days prior to arrival :25% of the total bill amount

All guests will have to show the Photo Identity Proof & submit visiting card at the time of checking in.

Note: Rooms are subject to availability at the time of confirmation after receiving the advance payment only.
